Returns Policy

You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is the result of our error - you received an incorrect or damaged item - we'll cover the return shipping costs in full.

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of your return being delivered to us, though in most cases it will be sooner. This includes the time it takes us to process your return once received (1 - 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund (1 - 5 business days). Please note this does not include transit time for us to receive your return, which can take 2 - 8 business days depending on your location.

Please note that due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns on opened items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us and we will make it right.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We'll get back to you within an hour on business days to guide you through the process.
